These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and access to digital products and services (“Offerings”) provided by Meg Slope, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or accessing any Offering, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

DIGITAL OFFERING & DELIVERY

All Offerings are delivered digitally and may include email content, downloadable files, or access to third-party platforms. No physical goods are provided.

You understand that access to the Offering may be delivered via email and that you are responsible for ensuring emails from Company are deliverable, including checking spam or promotional folders and whitelisting our sending address.

Meg Slope, LLC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or technical issues outside of our control.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & AUTO-RENEWAL

Certain Offerings are sold as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Meg Slope, LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) until you cancel.

Subscription fees are billed in advance of each billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation method provided at checkout or through the subscription management link included in your confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing cycle.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Meg Slope, LLC makes no guarantees regarding reach, engagement, growth, vitality, or performance of any content created using information provided in the Offering.

Social media trends, algorithms, and platform behavior change frequently and unpredictably. Any strategies, examples, or suggestions provided are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute a promise of results.

REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

Due to the digital nature of the Offering and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final and non-refundable, including subscription payments, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You agree to contact Meg Slope, LLC directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access to the Offering.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided as part of the Offering—including but not limited to text, graphics, audio recommendations, frameworks, and written prompts—is the intellectual property of Meg Slope, LLC and is provided for your personal business use only.

You may not share, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or repurpose the Offering or any portion of it without prior written permission.

MODIFICATION OF OFFERING

Meg Slope, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any portion of the Offering at any time, including delivery format, frequency, or included materials, without obligation to provide refunds for such changes.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Flodesk Checkout and Stripe. Meg Slope, LLC does not store or process full payment details and is not responsible for payment processor outages or technical failures.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meg Slope, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or use of the Offering.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of NEBRASKA/UNITED STATES.
